TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Bioffex® technology is a commercially compostable† and 100% bio-based‡ foam that can be molded into stock and custom shippers. It offers the protection, thermal qualities, and style of traditional EPS while aligning with a wide range of sustainability goals across multiple industries.
† Commercial Compost - Compostable in aerobic municipal and commercial composting facilities based on third-party testing using ASTM D6400-19. Not for retail sale.

TESTING & MODELING
With over 50 years of thermal dynamics experience, our engineers use the latest techniques and technologies to build optimal shipping solutions faster. To expedite your qualification process, we have an ISTA Standard 20 Certified Lab with walk-in and reach-in chambers combined with thermal modeling capabilities to ensure that your cold chain solutions are thoroughly vetted, and your products are protected.
PROTECTIVE
Our team also uses its own ISTA Standard 20 Certified Lab to optimize protective packaging for the security of appliances, electronics, and other fragile products. Lifoam® protective packaging ranges from traditional EPS to 100% bio-based options for both off-the-shelf and custom needs across multiple industries.
